First, we get to know you

Our team will start your appointment by asking you some questions about your medical and dental history.

If you are unable to fill out your patient forms online, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

Next up, time for your exam!

We will then perform a comprehensive oral exam. This will include x-rays, a non-invasive oral cancer screening, and a periodontal exam to check for signs of gum disease.

Together, we make your dental plan

Once your exam is finished, Dr. Sunde will discuss his findings with you, and our staff will discuss our financial options.

Together, you will create a treatment plan to help you maintain a healthy, functional smile.
